Your body in the pose

Every training you've taken showed you one body doing the pose — usually a young, slim, hypermobile one. Yours is not that body, and the shape you should be making is not the same shape. Tell us about yours and the pose is rebuilt to match it.

What this is, honestly

Working prototype, not a finished feature. The figure below is real output from our own pipeline: one photograph of a teacher in Warrior II, converted to 3D joint data, then rebuilt at the segment lengths your profile implies. It is deliberately a simple figure rather than a photoreal avatar — we'd rather show you accurate geometry than an impressive-looking body that's subtly wrong. Nothing you enter here is stored.

Your body profile

Three questions here. In the course it's longer, and every field explains why we're asking.

Changes the width of your stance and where your own body stops you — not a judgment, a measurement.

The single most useful number in yoga and almost nobody asks for it. Long femurs change what a safe Warrior II even looks like.

Warrior II rebuilt at your body's proportions
Warrior II at 5'9", average build, even proportions Same capture, same joint angles. Only the segment lengths change — which is exactly what changes between two real people.
Leg length86 cm
Torso50 cm
Stance width1.24 m

This is why we ask. A student with long femurs and a short torso is given different cues, different props, and a different version of the pose than a student built the other way — and a video of one body can't do that. See how the 3D is built →

How we handle this information

In the course, the body profile also asks about injuries, surgeries, hypermobility, pregnancy and blood pressure — because those change what we show you, and in some cases what we refuse to show you. That is health information, and it's treated as such:

  • Every field is optional, and each one tells you why it's being asked.
  • It's private to your account. It never appears in the public teacher directory.
  • You can export or delete it at any time, and deletion means deletion.
  • It is not used to train any model, and it is not sold or shared.

On this page, nothing is stored at all — the figures are pre-rendered and the page never sends your answers anywhere.
